Technical decisions fall to the executive officer and to whoever is on site. We work in a way that does not require an engineer at the other end to check us.

The budget is genuinely small

An over specified solution that cannot be operated after handover is worse than no solution. We scope to what the body can actually run.

Solid waste is usually the pressing problem

Collection, segregation, a micro compost centre and often an old dumpsite. This is where most town panchayat enquiries start.

Septage has nowhere to go

Without a receiving facility, desludging simply moves the problem. FSSM arrangements have to be planned with the collection, not after it.

Is our town too small for you to take on?

No. A large share of this work is town panchayat scale, and the scoping is different rather than smaller. What matters is that the arrangement can be operated on the budget the body actually has.
