How quickly will we hear back after sending an enquiry?
Within one working day for an initial response. If the enquiry concerns a tender with a closing date, mention the date in your message and we will treat it as time critical.
Do you visit the site before giving a price?
For anything beyond a straightforward supply item, yes. A price given without seeing the condition of the network, the plant or the ground is a price that changes later, which helps nobody. Site visits within the delta districts are usually arranged within a week.
What should we send with the first enquiry?
The location and the Urban Local Body, a short description of the problem or the scope, the stage the work has reached, and any tender document, drawing or inspection report you already hold. That is enough for us to say whether we are the right fit.
Can you take part in a tender at short notice?
Usually, provided the statutory documents required by the tender are ones we already hold. Send the tender notice and we will confirm the same day whether we can bid.
Is there a cost for the first assessment?
The first conversation and a preliminary view on the problem carry no charge. A detailed site investigation, testing or a written technical report is quoted separately before any work starts.
